1. There is ve There are ile gördüklerimizi ve sahip olduklarımızı anlatırız.
2. There is ile tekil ve sayılamayan isimleri anlatırız, There are ile çoğul isimleri anlatırız.
There is a cat in the garden. There are cars in the street.
3. Soru yapmak için Is there/ are there ….? yapısını kullanırız. Olumsuz yaparken There isn't/ There aren't..... yapısını kullanırız.
Is there a stereo in your room?
Are there computers in your school?
There isn't sugar in my tea.
There aren't spoons and forks in the kitchen.
